GoDEX GoCare Desktop Printers – 1 Year On-Site Warranty Upgrade sale in uk
The on-site warranty upgrade provides for an engineer to visit site to facilitate the repair of the printer for all functional failure that affects the printer’s performance (excludes printheads and platens) for a one year period from the date of purchase. This upgrade includes the travel to site, labour, spare parts as required and printhead fitting (printheads supplied at the list price with the users agreement). The service level is based on a next working day response and fix*.
* Please note that this does not cover damage caused by malicious damage and/or improper/operator misuse as these call outs will be chargeable.
Can only be purchased at the time of product purchase.
